Vegan Thanksgiving
A new tradition we started this year is a family Thanksgiving dinner at our new home. Most of my husbands (Ryan) family lives on the East Coast, so we invited most of his family that live in California to our place. Our small home was filled with love, laughter & amazing vegan food! Photo credit to Anup David Singh, who we call the triplet, thanks for taking the photo!!
One of Ryan's favorite dishes that his grandma makes is her vegan turkey roll. For the past few years all of her grand-kids have loved eating this turkey roll, so I knew I had to try the recipe out. The recipe is so quick and easy to make, mix up the sauce, slice the roll & pop it in the oven. Done & done! (Scroll down for the recipe)
I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving! We hope to keep the tradition of a Vegan Thanksgiving alive! Enjoy this Vegan Turkey Roll recipe :
1 vegan turkey roll (I use Cedar Lake)
1 bottle of Russian dressing
1 can of jellied cranberries
Directions :
- Thaw frozen vegan turkey roll.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together the Russian dressing & jellied cranberry sauce.
- Once the roll is completely thawed, thinly slice the turkey roll and set in a baking dish.
