Baked Fries

Vegan Baked Fries

6 potatoes (2 for each person)
Olive oil
Himalayan pink salt, to taste

Directions : 
  1. Wash and peel skin off of potatoes.
  2. Cut potato in half and then cut, lengthwise, skinny pieces of potato.
  3. Place slices of potato in a bowl of water and let sit for 20 minutes.
  4. Drain slices and dry completely.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and salt until coated. (Add other seasoning if desired)
  6. Place slices on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.  Flipping halfway in between.
