Baked Fries
Vegan Baked Fries
6 potatoes (2 for each person)
Olive oil
Himalayan pink salt, to taste
Directions :
- Wash and peel skin off of potatoes.
- Cut potato in half and then cut, lengthwise, skinny pieces of potato.
- Place slices of potato in a bowl of water and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Drain slices and dry completely.
- Drizzle with olive oil and salt until coated. (Add other seasoning if desired)
- Place slices on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Flipping halfway in between.
